Just like real life, movie cars just kinda suck on the real plastic tracks. My Hot wheels killed it. My Matchbox killed it. It was just okay . The cheeseburger it came with was better.

Somewhere in my parent's closet is my old slot car track, including cars in both that pink and the yellow/green Cole Trickle liveries.

I have the Matchbox versions of all the cars from the movie
from the Matchbox Days of Thunder Raceway playset! :D
My favorite is the orange/blue Hardee’s car though....mostly because those are my two favorite colors and they look awesome together. Hilariously, I’ve never watched the movie :P

OMG I had these Days of Thunder cars too!!! Didn’t they come free with food or gas or something back in the day? Yeah they didn’t roll very well and didn’t even look that much like the movie cars.
